Sponsor: The Sponsor of the Contest is The Andrus Hotel, 33 S. Idaho Street, Dillon MT 59725, United States

Eligibility: The Contest is open only to those who enter via social media platforms Instagram or Facebook, are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia and Canada, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and representatives of The Andrus Hotel (“Sponsor”), their parent and affiliate companies, suppliers as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participation in this Contest constitutes Entrant’s (“You”) full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on The Andrus Hotel website. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Entrant (“You”) agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by Official Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of The Andrus Hotel as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Sweepstakes.

Contest Period: The Contest entry begins on October 5, 2022, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Standard ("ET") and ends on October 31, 2022, at 11:59 p.m. ET (the Contest Period"). Final voting for the Grand Prize Winner ends on November 6, 2022, 11:59 PM ET.

How to enter: During the Contest Period, enter by completing the following steps:

Dress up your dog(s) to match one of the four (4) categories: Classic, Cute, Funny, or Creative/Out of the Ordinary, and post on either Instagram or Facebook by the end of the Contest Period. Multiple entries are allowed and encouraged!
Follow and tag The Andrus Hotel in your post, and use #pharaohscostumecontest in your caption.
We will announce a winner from each category on Friday, November 4, 2022, 11:59 PM ET
A Grand Prize Winner will be chosen by the public voting on their favorite from the four (4) category winners.

General Guidelines: All submissions must adhere to the following guidelines:

Your Entry must be suitable for general audiences and not be offensive, obscene, illegal, or violate the rights of others. Any statements, remarks, claims, or opinions contained or depicted in your Entry must express your honest views, opinions, findings, beliefs, and experiences.

Prizes: First-place winner receives a certificate for a two-night stay at The Andrus Hotel, Dillon MT.

Two (2) runner-ups will receive a Pharaoh Pup swag bag!

STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.

No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Limit one prize per household or address. The prize is non-transferable. All prize-related expenses, including any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner. Unless explicitly stated in the Official Rules, the Winner will be responsible for expenses including, but not limited to, spending money, meals, drinks, transport, laundry charges, activities, incidentals, taxes, gratuities, services charges, passports, visas, travel insurance and all other ancillary costs associated with redeeming their 2-night stay. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for The Andrus Hotel to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

Odds of winning: The odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner Selection and Notification: Sponsor will select from all eligible entries one (1) potential Contest winner (“Winner”) from each category on Friday, November 4, 2022, 11:59 PM PT. The final Grand Prize Winner will be voted on by the public from the Category Winners by November 6, 11:59 PM PT. The Grand Prize Winner will be announced on or around November 7, 2022.

Winners are vetted to make sure they have also followed/liked The Andrus Hotel on Instagram or Facebook. Winners will be notified via the platform they entered (either via Instagram or Facebook; depending on user privacy settings, this could be via private message or a comment on the post, tagging the winner). The sponsor shall have no liability for the Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam or other security settings or for the Winner’s provision of incorrect or non-functioning contact information. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within five (5) days from the time the award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release if required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt by the winner of the prize offered in this Contest is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY THE WINNER (AT SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN THE WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE PROMOTION, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

Rights Granted by You: By entering any content (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), You understand and agree that Sponsor, anyone acting on behalf of Sponsor and Sponsor’s licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Sweepstakes, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes, without any further compensation, notice review, or consent.

Additional Terms & Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Contest. In such a case, Sponsor may select the Winner from all eligible entries received before and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor. In its sole discretion, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or website or violates these Official Rules. Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Contest rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor is not responsible for posts filtered out by social media channels Facebook and Instagram. To make sure your post is seen, tag @the.andrus.hotel in your post on Instagram and @AndrusHotel on Facebook. Sponsor reserves the right to repost any submitted photos on their page at their discretion.

Limitation of Liability: By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Contest and/or his/her/their acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Contest; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries.

Disputes: THIS CONTEST IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND MONTANA STATE, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Contest, You agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in the State of Washington having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall You be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs. You further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

Winners List: To obtain a copy of the Winner’s names or a copy of these Official Rules, mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to The Andrus Hotel, 33 S. Idaho Street, Dillon MT 59725, WA, 98004, United States. Requests must be received no later than 12/13/2022, 5:00 PM PT.

Instagram: The Contest hosted by The Andrus Hotel is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

Facebook: The Contest hosted by The Andrus Hotel is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.

By entering this Contest, You, the Entrant, have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all Official Rules.
